The Retro Bronze Bookmark’s design is inspired by a masterpiece of the Qin-Han lacquerware – the “Lacquered Crouching Deer”in the museum’s collection. The Warring States-period crouching deer has time-travelled to the modern context, serenely experiencing the changes of the four seasons of the nature. The product’s design carries forward the classic elements of Qin-Han lacquer art, cleverly combining them with vintage-style filigree borders, making the bookmark as exquisite as a framed oil painting.
