“Journey Through the Bronze Age: VR Experience with Digital Relics” is the world’s first cinematic VR project dedicated to digital cultural relics presented by the Hubei Provincial Museum. This monumental project commemorates the 60th anniversary of the unearthing of the Sword of Goujian. It marks a historic milestone—the inaugural debut of two peerless national treasures, the Sword of Goujian and Chime-bells from the Tomb of Marquis Yi of Zeng, within a VR experience.
“Journey Through the Bronze Age” transcends the traditional observation of artifacts, evolving “viewing” into an immersive odyssey. With the simple act of donning a VR headset, users are transported into a virtual cinematic realm. Here, you may wander freely through the mists of history, interacting with legendary figures and vivid artifacts. You will stand face-to-face with the King of Yue and the Marquis of Zeng, experiencing the visceral thrill of striking the ancient chimes or wielding the legendary sword yourself.
