Ordinary people in the Han Dynasty (202 BC–220 AD) generally sat on the floor indoors, with relatively simple furniture and furnishings, among which the most common one was An(serving tray) An (serving tray) falls into two categories: one is the leg-bearing tray, which belongs to the category of furniture; the other is the tray used to hold food, either legless or with very low supporting beams, known as Yu'an.
