Both the interior and exterior rims, as well as the area near the base, are decorated with matching underglaze-blue cloud patterns. The exterior is inscribed with an imperial poem in regular script, also in underglaze blue. The underglaze blue is stable and even, while the inscribed characters are clear and sharp. Its base bears the mark of “Made in the Jiaqing Reign of Qing Dynasty.”
